These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services offered by National Donation Pickup.
1. Services Offered
We provide:
- Donation pickup services
- Junk removal (with additional fees)
- Local and national logistics transportation
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings require upfront payment via our secure online platform. Donation pickups require a $25 reservation fee. Junk removal includes an additional $10 recycling fee per item.
3. Service Areas
We operate in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Sandy Valley, and nearby areas.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your pickup at no charge with at least 12 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to additional fees.
5. Refusal of Items
We reserve the right to refuse pickup of hazardous, illegal, or improperly packed items.
6. Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by improper item packaging or misrepresentation.
7. Taxes
We provide tax write-off documentation for qualifying donations made through local charities we work with.
